Q: Does it stop mascara from causing raccoon eyes

This is by far the best setting powder that I’ve used for years. About 3 years ago I couldn’t find it anywhere and started using Dermablend, which was almost comparable to Laura Geller’s, but I understand they’re discontinuing it. Now that I’ve found Laura Geller again, this is all I will use. Nothing else compares. I use it on top of my foundation, or alone, and it does stop the raccoon eyes, if you apply the powder using the accompanying applicator. For the rest of my face, I apply it with one of Laura Geller’s brushes.
