One feature I really appreciate is the versatility when it comes to liners. You can absolutely use standard small trash bags, but if you’re like me and prefer to reuse grocery bags, they fit perfectly, which makes things both easy and eco-friendly. The lids are battery-operated (batteries not included), but installation is quick and straightforward. I was a little concerned that the motion sensor might be overly sensitive and lift the lid at random—but that hasn’t been an issue at all. The sensor works exactly as it should: it only opens when activated by intentional movement. There's also a manual open button, which is a nice backup option to have. Another great detail is the inner “bag ring” that holds the liner securely in place. It keeps the bag from slipping inside the can—no more digging around to pull it back up or dealing with messy bag collapses. And honestly, for a set of two, the price can’t be beat. You get smart functionality, a clean design, and convenience—all without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for bathrooms or even small office or bedroom spaces!

These garbage cans are great for the bathroom. They are very minimalist and small, but at the same time they have a lot of capacity. They close and open by movement censor, which works very well. They carry batteries, but they last a long time, I have only changed them once in a year or more. You can put special garbage bags for them that fit perfectly, but can be used with regular bags.

Works as described, just a little too sensitive and opens at times when u aren’t trying to access it. It does keep the dog out of the garbage.

I bought these to use in our two bathrooms, so they would match - but they could be used anywhere in your home. They are sleek, modern, and you can't beat getting TWO for under 30 bucks! They use AA batteries, and we haven't had to replace them and they've been working for months. They silently open when you wave your hand in front of the sensor, and you have the option of keeping them open by pressing the button on the front panel. The size is perfect, and when you put the bags in, they are hidden inside, not wrapped around the rim so they look elegant, and you could put in your living room, even. The main reason I started getting automated trash cans is two-fold. One, you don't have to touch anything to open the can - no germs, and no inconvenient step-lever. The main reason is when you have a closed lid, it keeps smells to a minimum - and I've grown to want that in every trash can I buy, now. They really are better than anything you can get for the price at the local store - and you get TWO!

I’ve had this touchless trash can for over a year now and it still works perfectly. It’s extremely hygienic, especially for bathrooms, since you never need to touch the lid. The battery life is impressive. I’ve only changed the batteries about 2 times in an entire year, and we’re a family of 4 with lots of friends constantly coming over. It’s also very easy to clean, the size is perfect for bathrooms, and the lid does a great job trapping odors inside. I currently use them in our bathrooms, but they would also be perfect for a bedroom or office space. Definitely one of those purchases that ends up being more useful than expected!

I like these trash cans in theory but there are a couple things that aren't so great. I purchased four but only kept two. First, the sensors are extremely sensitive. When I installed the batteries, the lids would randomly open and close even if there was no movement or noise in the room. Even when placed in a smaller room with the lights off, like our guest bathroom, the lid will open when we walk past the doorway, like it's sensing our shadow. Second, it's pretty small for a 2 gallon trash can. I purchased some 2 gallon bags that were recommended below this item and they're much bigger. Also, the bag ring and lid assembly, while great for keeping the bag secure, takes up a lot of space of the rash can's capacity and the opening to throw things in is pretty small.

Lieferung hat ca 3 Wochen gedauert aber das waren sie wert. Mir war es wichtig das man seine Hygieneartikel entsorgen kann ohne zuvor einen Deckel per hand zu betätigen und dort seine Keime zu hinterlassen. Reagiert schnell und ohne Probleme. Zudem sehen die Eimer meiner Meinung nach sehr hochwertig und edel aus. Absolute Kaufempfehlung
