I bought these and followed the necessary steps to avoid altitude sickness.These pills did little to nothing to prevent my altitude sickness from happening.I'm currently at 9000 ft above sea level. And can't breathe and my chest is very congested. What a waste of money to try and prevent this from happening.This product did absolutely nothing to avoid this from happening.Avoid purchasing this product as I had to cancel my trip early to.get to lower ground.

Staying hydrated was a key and using a product like Drip Drop in the water. These supplements also added another boost. I think starting two days prior would have been an additional boost. Going from 350 elevation to almost 10,000 in a day can be a real kick in the rear. I did well, no head aches, or difficulty breathing while resting. My oxygen levels stayed in 95 range.
