For $10, all of my boxes got checked with this item. When you open it, it turns on (and closing it turns it off.) It’s easy to read (you can swap from C to F with the press of one button), when using it all that you must do it place the thermometer point in the thickest part of the meat (not touching any bones) and wait. The size of the numbers are large to lessen any misinterpretations! Cleaning is a breeze as it is water proof.

Got on a good sale and it worked great for our smoked meat. Will be purchasing another one. And also gifting. Great stocking stuffer idea.

While the price isn’t of great quantity, the quality doesn’t reflect that. This a a solid, quality product that is easy to use yet extremely Accurate. The bonus is that it comes with a battery and a spare battery. It’s also magnetic so you can just stick it to your stove or refrigerator for quick access and always knowing it’s in the same place. Definitely recommend.

I've had this thermometer for almost 3 years now and it has never let me down. I use it for all my meats inside and have used it on countless camping trips over the summers. Totally waterproof and stands well in harsh environments. Love it!

Easy to use, great color options. I love that the basics are printed on it itself so you don't have to look them up. I love the magnet even though it needs to be stronger. I love the removable tab so you can take out the battery part.
