Another fine Seeed Studio Product - Easy to use with XIAO boards, and still utilizable elsewhere
Obviously this product is meant for XIAO Seeed Studio Boards. There's a ton of great examples from Seeed Studio for utilizing this screen, and makes simple projects both compact and easy. If you're a bit more experienced, you can take the Pinouts provided by Seeed Studio and build something new like I did. This is made super simple using the Examples and libraries provided by Seeed Studio's Wiki.

Version Specific Libraries Required - Must follow the wiki
Hard to work with but after following other users tips, these versions of the libraries work: FQBN: esp32:esp32:XIAO_ESP32S3 Using board 'XIAO_ESP32S3' from platform in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8 Using core 'esp32' from platform in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8 Multiple libraries were found for "SD.h" Used: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8\libraries\SD Not used: D:\Documents\Arduino\libraries\SD Multiple libraries were found for "lv_xiao_round_screen.h" Used: D:\Documents\Arduino\libraries\Seeed_Arduino_Round_display Not used: D:\Documents\Arduino\libraries\HardwareTest Using library SPI at version 2.0.0 in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8\libraries\SPI Using library SD at version 2.0.0 in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8\libraries\SD Using library FS at version 2.0.0 in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8\libraries\FS Using library Seeed Arduino Round display at version 1.0.0 in folder: D:\Documents\Arduino\libraries\Seeed_Arduino_Round_display Using library lvgl at version 8.3.4 in folder: D:\Documents\Arduino\libraries\lvgl Using library Wire at version 2.0.0 in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8\libraries\Wire Using library TFT_eSPI at version 2.5.43 in folder: D:\Documents\Arduino\libraries\TFT_eSPI Using library SPIFFS at version 2.0.0 in folder: C:\Users\arduinoUser\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.8\libraries\SPIFFS and as the wiki states, edit the user_setup files as instructed to get the pointer to the xiao round display.h file working into the compile. Good Luck!

used or defective
very disappointed one of the first seeed products, i will say i wish i never bought. I waited a long time for it to arrive and then when it finally did. not only did it look like it was used but someone soldered a different powerswitch to it..... I can get it to even turn on. i can't believe the condition it was it. I was so looking forward to this display too.

Difficult / Impossible to get to worl
This device looks good, but following the directions exactly as stated in the Seeed Wiki, it does not work. Many forums topics exist for this and very few have seemed to have success. It is not a plug-n-play like many other arduino based add-ons are. I wiped everything in the Arduino IDE including all libraries, etc. and followed the steps. It will not work. One or two people claim they can make it work, but never provide the entire chain of the process needed to get everything in line. I am using a Seeed XIAO-ESP32-C3, and the best I could get it to do was compile, download, and then just continually reboot with exception errors when attempting to run. A waste of 10+ hours. Find another solution.
