Helpful for low vision
This magnifier works just as described. I am able to read the larger text with a well lit perimeter.

Page magnifier
Text makes it Difficult to read instructions. Design makes it difficult to see how to install batteries. Overall a little disappointed in product.

Very blurry
I bought this for my 90-year-old mother, whose bifocal glasses were not doing the trick anymore to help her read as that’s all she could do in the nursing home due to paralysis. We were never able to get it positioned enough to where she could read the words on the page and actually as I looked over her shoulder I could not either. Very blurry cannot recommend.

These products help great to see vision.
These help seeing Products. We have a problem when you have to read from small print. I recommend these very highly for people.

Don't waste your $$
I'm giving it two stars because it was intact and the LED lights actually work! As for the magnifying glass, don't waste your money! The words through the magnifying glass are blurry! I got it from my husband and he needs to put his reading glasses on to read the text through the magnifying glass! And it's blurry with kind of a rainbowy look around the words! I guess I shouldn't have expected much for the price but it still sucks two ways $15 on something so cheap lol!

perfect for reading
I bought this for my sister who refuses to admit the decline of her aging eyes. She would rather not see than to wear glasses (which is ludicrous to me, because people can still be beautiful with glasses on). She can never read food labels or directions on pill bottles. I gifted her a book that I knew she would enjoy but alas, she couldn't read the "extra-small" (normal size) print. So, I ordered her this magnifier. Amazingly, she was willing to use it and finally could read all of the stuff she has been missing out on. Now, if you could make one of these in the shape of a windshield, her driving might improve.
