Excellent quality
Strong, doesn’t flex or warp in oven. It’s very non stick. Easy to carry. Only point I’d say to consider:-I should have got two that would go side by side as one tray takes up the shelf.

Not that good
I got the roaster and trays as a present about three years ago. Very nice to begin with but over time the non stick wears off and you are left with a standard baking tray. The orange silicon grips soon discolour and are impossible to restore. They also split. So looking elsewhere for my next set of oven ware. Certainly not worth the premium price. On the other hand Le Creuset’s enamelled cast iron, stainless steel, and range of toughened non-stick cookware haven’t disappointed; durable and a pleasure to cook with.
