Helpful for Oral Fixation and Cravings – A Natural Quit Aid That Surprised Me!
I’ve been trying to quit smoking for months, and QuitPix toothpicks gave me a helpful nudge in the right direction. I love that they are nicotine-free and instead use the Lobelia plant, which I had read can help reduce cravings naturally. The extra thickness of the toothpicks is a big plus—they feel sturdy and last longer than regular ones. I like having something to chew on when the urge hits, especially after meals or while driving. The 5 flavors are a fun touch. My favorites were Cinnamon and Mint, which give a strong and refreshing taste. The flavors are bold at first but fade after a few minutes, which is expected. They help satisfy that oral fixation without turning to snacks or cigarettes. I won’t say they magically made me quit, but they’ve been a great support tool. I use them along with other methods (like tracking triggers and cutting back gradually), and they’ve definitely made a difference. Pros: • Natural ingredients, no nicotine • Helps with cravings and oral fixation • Thick and durable • Variety of flavors Cons: • Flavor fades a bit quickly • Not a stand-alone solution, but great as part of a quit plan Bottom line: If you’re trying to quit smoking and need something to keep your hands and mouth busy, QuitPix is a helpful and healthier alternative. It’s not a magic bullet, but it adds solid support to your quit-smoking toolkit.

The best thing to calm the anxiety of smoking
I bought QuitPix from PurePix because I wanted something that would help me with the anxiety of quitting smoking, and the truth is that it has worked for me. The chopsticks are quite thick, which feels more like having a cigarette in your mouth, and that helped me a lot in moments of anxiety. In addition, the flavor lasts longer than I imagined, especially the stronger flavors, they have served me very well for those moments when I used to light a cigarette without thinking about it. If you are looking for help to manage anxiety when quitting smoking, they are worth trying.

Don't love the flavor
I don't enjoy the flavor so they don't work for me, but might for someone else. I hate fake sugar flavors and that is all I taste with these. Flavor is strong and lasts for a bit.

I loved these QuitPix with Juicy Peach flavor 🍑. The flavor is delicious, it is not strong or artificial, and it lasts long enough to refresh the breath. They are practical, discreet and perfect for after eating or when you want something sweet without sugar. I would definitely buy them again.

Great Flavors, Toothpick Not Very Durable, Pop Top MUST be Squeeze AT the Seal to Open
UPDATE 04/28/25: I was contacted by customer support and they were very insistent on making a satisfied customer. Their actions and info were very much appreciated by me and showed me they read their reviews and care about them. Most importantly, I was informed that these ARE meant to be pop-tops, BUT you have to squeeze RIGHT at the top where the lid seal is, I was squeezing just below that about half an inch like I'm used to with my other pop top containers. Once I moved my hand right to the lid seal it popped open the first try, so i am updating my review accordingly. I still only gave 4 stars as they are pretty quick to chew apart, which means you're going to go through a lot of them if you're trying to quit smoking, but having said that I would recommend them as the flavors are great and it really does help with the oral fixation..... Original Review: I bought these to help with quitting smoking and I'm tired of the teatree ones I usually use (they are fantastic, just wanted another flavor). First, I'd probably have given this 4 stars if it weren't for the lid. They are IMPOSSIBLE to open without a tool or you better have strong nails. I tried using my fingernails, no luck, I tried squeezing it to pop open like some smoke item containers do, nothing. So EVERY time I want one of these I have to have a pen or something around to pop it open with. WORST. DESIGN. EVER. The flavor on these I liked, the peach is my fav but the straw one is really good too. The mint was nice b/c it was an unusual flavor of mint (I thought it would be more like the mint you can get from anything flavored usually a spearmint type, but this was a cool mint). They are not durable, I have this chewed apart in under 5 minutes and have to swap ends (I have some really nice teatree ones that are really strong and the flavor lasts but sometimes I want another flavor, but those are far superior). Overall, I'd buy again, but the issue with the lid means I'd have to pick one flavor and then put that in another container, so that's a pretty big pain.

Lobelia is toxic!
I was really hopeful about these but they made my lips burn and I got dizzy. Looked up lobelia and apparently it is toxic and can cause severe side effects. Is not approved by the FDA. I will be getting rid of them, this product is not for me. From the internet: Creating and using toothpicks made from lobelia is extremely dangerous and potentially lethal. All parts of the lobelia plant, particularly Lobelia inflata, are highly toxic if ingested. The amount of poison transferred from a toothpick to your mouth is unpredictable and could cause severe harm. Dangers of lobelia Lobelia contains the potent and toxic alkaloid, lobeline, which has effects similar to nicotine. This makes it extremely unsafe for consumption in any amount. Even small or moderate doses of lobeline can trigger a range of serious and unpredictable side effects, including: Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea Tremors and convulsions Rapid or irregular heartbeat and very low blood pressure Mental confusion Coma, and potentially death What the FDA has said Due to a lack of evidence for both safety and effectiveness, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has banned over-the-counter (OTC) lobeline products for smoking cessation since 1993.

Not great flavor
Disappointed by the flavor. It has a good flavor but you can barley taste it. After I'm speaking with customer service I definitely think I may have gotten a bad batch and will try again

Skeptical at first to buy these but I thought I would try out the 3 flavor version first. Really like a 4.5 but they are North American so +.5 for that. They are delicious. I personally find they have plenty of flavor and last 30-45 minutes before I splinter them up. I like them so much I moved up to the 5 flavor pack. Same findings and I have not found a flavor I do not like yet and I was really skeptical on the watermelon mint. Not usually my kind of combo. Nevertheless they really help with my oral fixation. But here is where I pause. They are like $2 a toothpick. That's a pretty high price point for something that lasts less than an hour. But a cigarette lasts maybe 5 minutes Or less and about the same $. Dunno I don't smoke anymore. But they are so delicious and they work. Hmmmm.. all about your own perspective. I highly recommend. Hard to find anything else in Canada with such a variety of flavors and this quality. Thanks PurePix.
