Easy install, but it is a little involved and you have to email the company after you receive it for digital install instructions. The customer support is what customer support should be like, effective and quick responding; they know their product well. I installed this on a 2017 f150 xl reg cab with the standard 4.3 screen. Took about an hour. I installed the included back up cam as well, works great. Just need to wire it to the reverse light as the harness didn’t work. I use Apple products so the CarPlay was important to me. I can say that it works great and no issues with the wireless connection. Everything fits well and I. Very pleased.

This was not a good investment. The head unit looks good but does not function properly. I've had it installed for almost a year and no 2 things work correctly at the same time. The backup cam doesn't work, The steering wheel radio controls work sporadically, I the Purchased a sim card for the navigation and it only connects 1/2 the time. This was professionally installed and still has these problems. I will be taking it out of the truck and disposing of it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

The stereo was a slight challenge to install but once I figured it out it wasn't bad. Works good so far.

Installing the head units was not too difficult and it looks nice. The bad is that my F150 push slide compartment doesn't open with ease because of the weight of the monitor pushing down on the door. My A/C won't go off after hitting a pothole. I had to uninstall the radio just to shut off the A/C. I will be returning this Radio looks are deceiving.

Product is from China but the support is excellent. There are miss spellings throughout and the wireless car play lags but the wired works fine.

I installed the radio to a T issuing the emailed video and instructions. It worried fine in android but on apple it was very slow and non responsive even froze a few times. The radio on CarPlay sucks the radios audio cut In and out every few seeconrs making it unbearable to listen to. I oulfnt recomend it the price you pay for the products return is not good. Not to mention there at 3 different settings one for the brand one for android and one for car play can become very confusing.

Hard to connect to CarPlay at times and suddenly will disconnect from CarPlay and not connect back. Not all things are touch screen.Wish I had a different radio face.
