Excellent machete with easy and safe carry. If you have only room for one bladed tool in your pack or on you? Then this machete should be your go to.

After cutting for some time with the knife, the blade stayed fairly sharp. I cut small twigs and larger branches. There were no nicks in the blade and it seems to be lasting. The grip is comfortable. The blade does not bend easy and it appears to go through the handle for strength. All and all a good knife for the money

Opened the thin box and went to pull out the machete. Mind you, can't see in it because of paper. Cut right through the tip of my 👍 Why would anyone ship a knife not sheathed. Will say it's very sharp. Don't find out the way I did.

Haven't used it yet but good blade length,already sharp,very nice grip helps prevents easy slipping even without string,not heavy and good balance and comes with sheath which is good for storing or carrying.I now want to add that couple days ago I did a lot of chopping on a cherry tree which is pretty hard and I'm quite satisfied with this machete. Blade performed well, would recommend. I got the saw teeth removed didn't need them as well as to prevent rubbing on sheath to cause damage

I would of liked it to either come sharp or at least have instructions on the best way to sharpen it.
