Worked as should for feeling bloated during that time of the month. It works better when you drink a lot of water after taking it to help flush everything out without becoming dehydrated. Definitely take it when your know your going to have a restroom around you for half the day.

The cause of the bloat seems to determine whether or not these pills will work. For me, they work best when I am eating moderate quantities of a low sugar diet that is rich in water, minerals and clean fats such as organic olives or olive oil.If I'm experiencing menstrual bloat, taking the pills on only those days doesn't work as well as starting to take them several days prior and continuing until the worst of the cycle is over.If the bloat is from food such as salad, the pills work, provided my diet is not too high in sugar and I don't overeat. If I overeat even healthy foods, the pills don't seem to do anything at all. This suggests to me they're not for relieving water retention that is due to high blood sugar (even temporary) or the toxic chemicals the body makes due to overeating.Too much salt intake also sees limited benefit from taking these pills. They work less noticeably for fish than vegetable bloat.The best use for me is reducing temporary periodic tummy bloat that makes my clothes too tight. I am now in my early 60s and it seems like I’m having problems with edema especially when I eat certain foods. I had a really bad spell of swelling and ordered this and got it right away. The only problem was I didn’t realize it had caffeine in it and I took it later in the day which kept me up all night. I did order a no caffeine one and it helped. My feet don’t look like fat baby feet anymore, they look normal. I’m hoping to avoid to have to use this again but now I know that it will help whether with caffeine or not.

These will help relieve water retention. Just follow the instructions exactly on the box, and you'll pee probably about twice as much as normal, and after a day of using it, you should feel some relief. I'd recommend the caffeine free version and then just drink your regular coffee/tea/soda with caffeine in it.
