These are very pretty. The only difference I would say from how they appear online is in real life they don't quite look like hammered metal because the indents are so even. But that's only on close inspection. I LOVE the wood accent. I think they look kind of Scandinavian modern. I really like the look. And yes that's real wood, and real, sturdy metal. I thought they would be more of an enamel finish, but it' more like a really durable paint.They were easy to install and it's easy to change the angle of the light in all directions. My only recommendation for installation is be careful when you attach the white shade to the rest of the lamp with the large plastic black tool that's provided to screw in the part that holds everything together, and save that black plastic tool. I am trying to retrain myself to get rid of stuff I don't need, so I threw it away right after installation. I wasn't paying that much attention when I screwed everything together with that black plastic tool and didn't line everything up properly. Well, when I was done I decided to just throw the black plastic thing away. The next day I noticed the white metal shade was not lined up properly with the rest of the lamp and had to dig the black plastic tool out of the garbage. Thankfully I hadn't emptied my garbage. Anyway, there are two indents in the white shade that line up with the base, and you have to make sure that's lined up before you screw the white shade on to the rest of the light, or there will be a gap and it will be off center and will look weird. So make sure you line everything up properly and save that weird black plastic tool in case you notice later that you didn't.Here's the hilarious thing - I ordered the two pack, and it also came with two pairs of white stretch gloves, the kind of gloves you see archivists wearing when they handle rare old documents. I thought that was really hilarious. trying to figure out some clever thing to do with the gloves, because obviously I didn't use them to install the lights. anyway, so funny. But great lights, highly recommend.

I purchased these back in December for my son’s room, and they have been fantastic! He can use them easily, and they look really nice. We love that you can either point them up or down and it changes the lighting look in the whole room. if you’re on the fence about these, don’t be get them, they are fantastic! get them!

Awesome “mood” lighting for night time changes in our nursery. I was very impressed with the quality and how easy they were to install. Definitely worth the price! We added some smart lightbulbs to them so they are super easy to use.

They look great and work fine. The plug-in still comes with the appropriate wiring to hard-wire if you would like to. Super easy install and look great. Awesome price

I love the look and the brightness. They took my bedroom up a notch. I had wall mounted lamps that were dated, heavy, and cumbersome to mount. These were a breeze to put up. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a beautiful 2 toned light, the lamp itself is hammered brass/metal with a wood base, and the fixture is flush to the wall. This can either be installed up or down and rotates either side to side, or up and down. It's a unique look that would be perfect for a library with dark wood and leather chairs. This also comes in white, and other colors which would look good in a brighter room. Very high quality, solid construction as well.

I placed these upside down, so the light the ceiling, and give a gentle glow. These are well made, well packaged, and very classy looking! Gorgeous lights. ❤️

These feel like they would have cost x3 more. Love them and they look amazing! Even have a cloth like cord.
