Works oob Windows 11
I use this with my Dell G15, plug-n-play with Windows 11 (and i assume all supported Windows). This only provides one extra USB and you have to detach the SD reader. I tested all the ports but the vga and they all work as they should. If you need a USB device for HDMI, Ethernet, SD cards, this is for you. If you need a bunch of USB ports get a USB dock.

Works great even on a locked down work laptop
I bought this with the understanding that it may not work for me since I am using a work laptop that is highly locked down. I have a Latitude 3520 and WD19 docking station. I plugged in this device into the usb 3.0 slot on the side of the laptop and waited patiently, after about 30 seconds it was ready. I went into the display settings and saw I had 2 disabled monitors. Once I chose to extend my desktop they showed, and works like a charm!!!! Now I have a total of 6 monitors of productive bliss! Great buy!
