Cool Prebuilt
We like that it is plug in and go, the casing and lights make it look really cool. Definitely a good buy for a prebuilt, nothing to worry about, plug in and go. It's our 3rd IPASON pc and have not had any issues with any of the 3 we've bought so far.

Product would not turn on!
The product did not turn on at all. No lights, nothing motored nothing. I even tried to troubleshoot the pc and replace the power supply which is usually the issue and the product still did not work. I would have accepted a exchange but it was not a option when I returned this.

First ever gaming PC. Able to play classic console games and games exclusive to PC with better quality.

How do I add more storage?
I have tried to find where there's more slots for another ssd. I have not found one. Also the Bluetooth doesn't work or says it didn't have one. As well as not having a brightness setting besides the Nvidia control panel.

Doesn't have Wi-Fi Capabilities or Bluetooth.
Its a good PC, no problems on my end and it has a good value, except that they have lied about Wi-fi and Bluetooth, they send you a dongle for Wi-Fi. I don't know about Bluetooth. The motherboard doesn't have it built in, and here's the model of it MSI PRO B760M-E DDR4. Otherwise, it works fine.
