Unpleasent taste, doesn't have a structure of mousse
In the past I have tasted Ehrmann's vanilla and salted caramel flavours of high protein mousses and absolutely loved them. Tempted by my positive experiences in the past, I have decided to order the strawberry flavour as well to give it a try. However, what I tasted was a complete opposite of what I had remembered from other flavours of the Ehrmann's mousses. The texture of the strawberry mousse was really weird. It didn't feel like a mousse at all, it was way thicker than it should be, reminded me a bit of a thick greek yoghurt. The flavour didn't taste good as well. Imagine the most artificial strawberry flavour you can think of - that's exactly how this product tasted. I didn't even finish eating to the end and binned the mousse half-way through, as I was expecting something way better during the purchase. If you're a fan of mousses, please give a try to other flavours that Ehrmann has in offer as they are really good (salted caramel is probably my favourite) but please stay away from this one. Otherwise, you'll regret the purchase afterwards, just like I did.
