It also has a mounting bracket that makes for a secure installation without drilling, etc. I found the instructions a little hard to understand (they are not included, there is only a QR code to get a pdf off the Dometic web site). I found a yt video that helped a lot. It also helps to open the unit and look at it while you read the instructions. It was actually not as difficult as I thought. It seems to work fine as it no longer trips the circuit breaker when starting up.

I like that this product has wiring harnesses that are plug-and-play, with no splicing or crimping required. It also has a mounting bracket that makes for a secure installation without drilling, etc. I found the instructions a little hard to understand (they are not included, there is only a QR code to get a pdf off the Dometic web site). I found a yt video that helped a lot. It also helps to open the unit and look at it while you read the instructions. It was actually not as difficult as I thought. ### ⭐ Failed way to soon

Failed after the 4th A/C start up. Was spiking my camper amps from 3amps to 40 amps every 3-5 seconds. A/C never got cold. Removed it and the A/C works again like normal.
