To all the moaners out there in saffron land this is excellent saffron if it wasn't and as a true Cornishman I would not use it to make the world famous Cornish Saffron Bun - the saffron taste is intense and the smell out of this world you are obviously not using enough a good pinch is not three strands in a litre of water so think before you use it.

Tried a few saffron products before this, good smell and colour, will buy again

Thanks so much for the wonderful saffron I have Finally founded real saffron.I routinely use saffron in my tea and Coffee, put 8-9 strands of Saffron two times per day for my depression and anxiety which I really believe it helps as you may know Saffron has an ancient history as being effective for depression. It’s a natural alternative to western medication. I have never tried this brand before and I am very happy with the quality, Now that I know how often I need it, I’m most likely going to do a subscription of 4g every 3-4 weeksSome of my favorite things to cook with this are Tahchin, jujeh kebab, koobideh, paella, and saffron rice.
