I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and have been trying to control my diabetes without medicine and without huge changes in my diet. Between these Cinnamon supplements and Mulberry I have managed to fend off the "dia-beasties" and contain most of my sugar cravings as well. As someone who has always overindulged with sugar, as a child I often lived off of it, as I got older and less active it caught up with me. I could no longer eat an entire pack of Snickers or Reeses and run it off playing sports. You gain some weight in your 40s, then you start snoring from the weight gain. Then you aren't getting enough sleep and your metabolism slows down. You gain more weight, your snoring gets worse, your heart starts to work harder....you know the deal. So I made a few changes to my sleep, made sure I was getting 7-8 hours a night, my metabolism started back up, I lost 30lbs over 3 years and am still losing as my body catches up. I didn't put the weight on overnight and didn't try to take it off overnight. I want this to be lasting. I added these with the Mulberry and it was like a kick start and lost another 10lbs for a total of 40lbs in 3 years. Its all related folks, its all related....you just need to own it and make a change and something as simple as adding this supplement has really given me a boost in controlling lbs and blood sugar. I reached my "goal" weight and will not add working out to my stable to increase muscle which will also burn more fat. Fitness is a marathon not a race. Especially as you get into your 50s. Obviously, I highly recommend this product as I know it worked for me. Keep your expectations real and you will see positive results on several levels.

Using to see if taking this helps blood sugar stability. Not sure yet. Price, flavor and everything about it has been fine. Not really a taste though. Don’t see a significant difference at this time.

Decent value at the time. I’ve stopped using cinnamon because of my GERD not agreeing with it, but at the time it was a good purchase.

I've read a good deal about the benefits of cinnamon. Diabetes runs in my family so I changed my diet and added these cinnamon capsules to my daily routine. After blood work was done last month I received good news....that my HA1C was great and I'm not diabetic or pre diabetic. I'm sure everyone is different and this product doesn't cure anything but it seems to help me.

I have done a lot of research on cinnamon and what it can do for me. The price is great for the amount you get and I get a discount because I have it on auto ship! These are very easy to swallow and little to no after taste. I encourage everyone to do their own research and talk to their doctor before they start any new supplement. I would recommend anyone who is taking this type of supplement to give these a try.

I purchased as I drink cinnamon tea now and then, and noticed that the soreness I had in my hands was gone. I like the tea, but I tire of drinking it too often. I decided to get capsules to make it easier to take regularly, and feel good as my hands do not hurt. The change I made in dosage was instead of taking two, I only take one a day and that seems to be enough for me. Of course, there are other benefits and am glad to be taking the capsules. As an aside, I did take two capsules the first couple of days I received and could taste it slightly as I was burping a bit although I did take it with a meal as indicated. There is no taste to the capsule itself that I could notice. FYI, started taking Sundown on March 11, 2021.
