Excellent product! Has a wonderful taste and can be used in many ways. This cinnamon is the best I’ve ever used.

Packs a lot of heat
Flavorful but a bit too spicy for me. I prefer less spicy seasoning. I didn't realize it packed so much heat. If you like heat, have at it. I rarely use it because of the spiciness. Outside of the spiciness, it's flavorful.

Great stuff for health
If your here looking for ceylon cinnamon for health benefits, this is it. It's not the same as regular cinnamon. Does it taste good no. Does over the last year mixing with ACV help manage my blood sugar and insulin 150 percent. I buy this small one for work and big bag at home. Frontier never fails me with their products. Hope this helps
