Great stuff for health
If your here looking for ceylon cinnamon for health benefits, this is it. It's not the same as regular cinnamon. Does it taste good no. Does over the last year mixing with ACV help manage my blood sugar and insulin 150 percent. I buy this small one for work and big bag at home. Frontier never fails me with their products.
