Works great and easy to replace broken ones

My son and his friend forcedly opened a window and broke these - claiming there was a foul odor being produced by a sibling. It was surprising how much cold air came in through the holes that were left. I ended up putting tape over them but it looked bad. And my spouse was very mad and I thought maybe, there is a solution that doesn't involve replacing the whole window - well heck - for $6 each - a winner! It used a flathead screwdriver to pop the old one out and popped this in -- perfection!

The sleek cream white finish blends seamlessly with my window frames. Installation was straightforward, and the device operates smoothly, providing peace of mind.

These simply screw into the window frame, to make a barrier to the window opening too far. If your windows didn’t come with the night-burglar latches, these will help. To raise the window all the way, you just push in the red latch as you lift the sash. One note: make sure your frames on your sashes are wide enough to install these on.

Great product replacement for one that broke at my residence. There are no instructions for replacement, fairly self explanatory swap out.

These should have a description that shows there is no way to have them stay in the flat position so that you can open your windows. They are in the "always locked" position. STUPID!!!
