It's a bit small, but that's what I wanted. I only use it for a few hours of hiking. Keeps stuff cold the whole time. It'd be nice to have a chest strap with some rings for carabiners. It's hard to get to your bear spray or water when it's so far around on your side or in your backpack. Add a chest strap with rings and you got a five star backpack!

I love this bag! I needed a cooler/backpack type lunch box for work, this one is a good size, in the bottom I put a big ice rectangle ice pack it fits perfectly in the bottom, then 6 water bottles and if it's hot outside I have room for another big rectangle ice pack on top. In the top compartment there's enough room for a small icepack and everything food wise I need for long days outside working. The extra zipper pockets are perfect for my green and anything else I may need. It's durable and keeps my stuff cold all day I love it so far, it's been about a month now and I haven't found anything I didn't like about it.

The main and upper compartments have a mesh holder for a cold pack. There is another pocket on the front of the main compartment and on the front of the upper compartment. You also have a mesh holder on each side for a water bottle or two.The straps and the top handle have good padding.This is a well-designed cooler backpack with a tough exterior that will get many years of use. It is a little pricey, but it should last for quite a while.

I’m impressed with the size of this backpack cooler. It is made with top-notch fabric that holds up well to use over the years. It is cleverly designed to have multiple outside pockets as well as 2 areas for cooling items. Adjustable over the shoulder straps as well as a hand strap on top for carrying. I chose this to gift to a family in our community who travels to/fro hospitals while caring for a child with a severe illness. This cooler will come in handy to transport food/beverages for the family.
