This is a very good headset!! I used this to work from home and I can hear my patients clearly. The volume is super good, it’s very comfortable on my ears since I wear it about 10 hours a day (lol), it was very easy to connect to my computer, I love the charging base it gives a my desk a chic look!! The battery does last a long time so I don’t need to charge it as much. I am definitely recommending this to all my coworkers. It’s also very affordable. This is my fourth headset that I have brought, I had to returns the others because it just was not meeting my needs and then I found this one and I truly love it. You will not be disappointed, order one today!!!

I have been experimenting with headsets at this price range to use for work for a bit now. I work from home and spend lots of time on calls. I hoped with the reviews I'd read this would be a game change for me but sadly it has not. It's not cancelling any noise. The people I speak with have mentioned the noises they can hear outside my house, not even close to where I am. I live in a pretty quiet place so this says something to me. I also noticed at times that the calls sound muffled, I can't hear the person on the other line clearly at max volume. This has happened enough times that I'm confident it's the headset. It's also not comfortable for all day wear in my opinion. The battery life is great. It also works well a room away from my office so the distance is nice. I do like the charging station too. Overall this is just not a suitable choice if it's going to be used daily for work. I'll need to keep shopping!

It's comfy but it's huge and derpy looking. Have you ever wanted to cosplay a 2004 call center employee? Here you go. The USB dongle has never worked. The audio was great for months but now it's picked up a bit of an echo.

Super comfortable headset. Very easy set up with the USB dongle. USB cable for easy charging. Lasted an entire 8 hour work shift without power issues. Only thing I would like to be added is some kind of notification (audible or visual) that I have muted the mic, after the initial notification.

After trying several other brands, this one clearly stands out as the best. The sound quality is excellent. Not even in one case anybody had a single trouble with hearing me since I started using it. The model spreads the weight of the headset across the head so your ears don't get hurt after several hours of use making it super suitable for working. The adjustable headband adds extra comfort. Oh, and the mute button, it is absolutely functional and practical. Unlike other models that locate it on difficult to reach places, this model has the mute button on a very straight forward part and it can quickly and easily be used during a conversation. I have been able to do the cooking and work at the same time at home without having the other party even noticing what I was doing thanks to this mute button.

The look nice, however, technical issues with 4 of 6 that I purchased for my business. It will sit on the dongle and all I hear is Power On, Power Off . It is choppy, can't hear well, will disconnect from the computer. When I go to pick up a call, I have to put it on the dongle and take it off to reconnect. 4 of them that I purchased are not working after 1 month. The Manufacturer would not assist in returning them as they stated I didn't purchase them from the Amazon store? I bought them from Amazon, unsure of where else their Amazon store is. It is unfortunate, as they are nice and comfortable as well as reasonably priced.

Happy with the headset. No issues. Works as described. Comfort, ease of use, and sound quality all very good.
