Does it have caffeine?

No, it is a caffeine free way of enjoying your m&Ms. What your tasting is a caramel flavored coffee but does not contain any caffeine. But even if it did, I wouldn't care, these are the greatest candies I've ever popped into my mouth and I will continue to do so.

The M&Ms do not have any mention of being Gluten free. Based on the ingredient list, I would think they might contain Gluten.
