Another easy sensor for Home Assistant
Third Reality has become my go-to for Home Assistant. LIke most Third Reality products I've used, this sensor had no pairing issues and works right out of the box with ZHA. The response to vibration is quick and is appropriately sensitive for my use-case (determining if a panel to the attic has been moved).

Works with IKEA DIRIGERA
I paired this THIRDREALITY vibration sensor with an IKEA DIRIGERA hub. It is seen by the hub as a motion sensor, and is exposed to Apple HomeKit and Alexa through the hub as a motion sensor; it was worked reliably for me with both platforms. The sensor itself has sensitivity and audible alert dip switches, so that it does not rely on software control for these functions. It takes two AAA batteries.

Works well, but indoor use only
Quick to pair to the Zigbee integration in Home Assistant, and the vibration detection is very good. I set the sensitivity to very high, placed it on the arm of my couch, and then lightly tapped the arm about 6 inches away, and it picked it up instantly. Motion state stays active for about 5 seconds after last vibration detected before returning to "Clear" state. Love that it uses 2x AA; with Zigbee sipping juice, this thing will last forever between battery changes. The only thing I wish I had known before purchasing was that it's rated for 0 - 40 C (32 - 104 F) and indoor use only. I had planned on putting it on my mailbox, but it definitely gets colder than 32 F here. Maybe I'll put it on the fridge and program the lights to come on or something. I'm sure I'll find a use for it.

Hit or miss
I bought two of these 3 or 4 months ago. One has been rock solid! The other I thought died because of battery, but after replacing the batteries, I've found out that it just plain died. I don't know why. I've taken the board out to inspect it, but I don't see any signs of any damage on the inside. All the traces seem normal. Idk. You might be hit or miss with these! 🤷♂️

Like it. Works well. Recommend.
Works as advertised. No issues. Very sensitive on highest setting. Loud, near by, Dog bark can set it off. Connected to Zigbee much easier and more reliabile that others. Seems to be a solid product so far.

Crazy Sensitive
Hands down the best vibration sensor I’ve tried for my smart home. I have one on the back of my washing machine and dryer and it’s sensitive enough to pick up throughout the cycles, but not so sensitive that it detects the door closing. Though I had to reduce the sensitivity on the dryer sensor because it was reading the washing machine next to it.With the ability to capture the X, Y, & Z axis at any given time I hope to use this to get into stupid and unnecessary levels of granular data because why the hell not? Overkill is underrated!Photos attached are from my test region in smartthings, I’ve not migrated to Home Assistant quite yet.

Can't control alarm manually
I don't mean physically, I mean manually. The only controls you get through Zigbee are... nothing. I saw reviews discussing manually adjusting the alarm and that is not an option here, you can only physically enable or disable it. I could literally care less about the vibration part and just wanted a cheap alarm I can place in a few spots in the event of a break in. I might put it in my car as an additional security measure, but I can see that not working well either. Also right next to (an admittedly cheap) decibel meter it tops out at 74dB on VH settings, so it can't even be loud right.

Now I have no reason to forget dry laundry
Paired almost instantly to HA, and is currently stuck to the side of the dryer indicating when it's on and when I've been lazy long enough after it is done hahaSensitivity dip switches could use a relabel - it's sort of backwards as it's the level of motion required to trigger it, not how sensitive the sensor is (VH in most minds would say "very high sensitivity" but it means "very high cutoff before triggering")
