I did a lot of research before settling on this. I was very specific on what I wanted out of a baby monitor, and this met the criteria. Our WiFi sometimes goes out at night, so I wanted something without WiFi so I could continuously keep an eye on baby at night and get some sleep. We love that it has two cameras, and it can be set to single or dual screen to watch a single, or multiple rooms at once (we plan on having more kids.) Currently I use it to keep an eye on my toddler and my dogs. I have one in the bedroom, one in the play area (living room) so I can sneak away and still keep an eye on the house while doing dishes or laundry. I also love that you can rotate or zoom in on the camera so you can check if baby is breathing while sleeping, without disturbing the baby. I also love that you can speak through the camera so your dogs and toddler know you are still watching and they can’t be naughty. ;) We did have a mishap where I set the monitor down and picked it up the next day the screen was cracked. Nobody knows how or why, but I was devastated. So I looked around for a replacement screen, and ended up contacting the company. They sent me a replacement set immediately. All they asked for was a video to show that it was cracked. After telling my sister about the mishap, she said she has been looking for one too, and plans to get this for herself for her two kids rooms.

Works great. I love the split screen option that allows us to see both cameras but only choose one camera to listen to. This way we can see both our children but choose to only hear our newborn but not our 3 year old. This is simple and effective all the way for set up to use. I would recommend this to other.

Love these baby monitors. Have used this brand for 4 years now. Love that the monitor is good video quality, you can remotely adjust angle of camera, see temperature of room, adjust sound, brightness, sensitivity to noise, add alarms or music. Replaced our original one with this one so we could use one monitor for multiple cameras

Best baby monitor we could find! Great sound and picture quality with night vision! We initially used a monitor with an app but didn't always get the alerts that our son was up, this way I can see what's happening all the time! Plan on using for our second baby as well, so we got the dual monitor!

I would NEVER recommend this baby monitor to anyone now. Unless you are within hearing range of your babies room do not buy. The first one I bought was not reaching the room very well. And when I say this I was standing outside the door. So we returned and got another one. This one will say it has full bars/signal then all of a sudden it’ll show an X and the picture will be frozen and stay like this forever! So if you are not paying attention there will be a frozen screen unless you turn it back on and off!! This is so frustrating in the middle of the night. I was sleeping with the baby monitor next to my pillow. My husband made the comment maybe it couldn’t get a good signal since maybe the covers were hindering the signal strength. (fine if that’s the case whatever) Started sleeping with the monitor on my night stand. Well two nights in a row now the SOUND did not work. It’ll show a picture of the baby but no sound playing. I woke up thinking my baby slept through the night when really he had been awake all night. I looked on his owlet and it showed him awake multiple times. As a parent this breaks my heart knowing my baby was awake crying and I didn’t hear it. I have had enough with this baby monitor and will be returning. If you want your baby to cry all night and you never knowPurchase this baby monitor.

I initially had the one camera system and it worked great for 2 years. When baby #2 came 2 years ago, we bought this system, and it's also been working great for an additional 2 years. Me, my wife, and my mother in law all love this system - we bring it with us on vacation!And, best part, the customer service is great. Recently, my toddler dropped the head unit, breaking the antenna. I reached out to support to see if there was a way to replace just the head unit instead of buying a completely new system. They went above and beyond to make sure I received something that worked and was easy on my wallet. Other companies would have shrugged their shoulders and made me buy a new system entirely.

I love the large monitor screen and being able to see 2 cameras at once. It was easy to set up. The range varies, sometimes it will work with me all the way outside and other times it freezes a lot with me sitting in the other room. I also don’t like the “cry alert” that comes on anytime a sound is detected, that is unable to be turned off, when viewing both cameras at the same time.

The camera quality is great! I love how I can turn the camera from the monitor. The customer service was so helpful! My favorite feature is the fact that it doesn’t use WiFi. Really easy to set up to which is a plus!
