it's slowbut ideal for students.
I nearly didn't buy one of these because of the -ve 1 star comments. Then I realised most were moaning about the speed of the machine; if you want faster then you have to pay £££ for it, yer miserable gits. Speed aside install ubuntu (i's easy) and get the reader/writer gubbins installed, the 'build' of this machine is good but windows is not good.

A useless item and waste of money.
Do not buy this item!!!!! This looks a lovely smart laptop, handy for the working person. Except it does not work. I have had nothing but trouble. All my things that I have loaded onto the item have been wiped off. It is extremely slow loading up and getting apps.Basically have have wasted my money buying this and I require my money back or the opportunity to get a laptop computer that actually works.

Do not purchase!!
Well for one it didn't even come on! I tried charging it and nothing! Left it on charge overnight and still nothing! Waste of money ended up having to use MY time to rewrap and travel to the post office to return it and get a refund!

Issues with wifi like others- it loses all connector capacity
From the moment I got this laptop I had WiFi issues and thought it’s just teething issues. Plus I was in desperate need since I was studying and my last laptop suddenly died of viral invasion- so I was working double time to get back on track. It’s now worse post the return period- and only get the WiFi back if you restart sometimes several times, which I figured out alone and tried all the tech proper ways to fix it and it was saying it couldn’t be fixed- so I was hoping to contact the supplier and see what they suggest but it seems there is no option to make contact? My last laptop was less money, and worked perfect for three years. So I’m annoyed I spent more and got less
