Machine is good. Surprisingly no sound!! Just wanted to know, why is the warranty form not filled and in case of any issue in future, how to claim it?

The machine arrived promptly and quickly. It looks good. It works well. It's undamaged. Assembly wasn't included in the price. I paid an additional 100 dirhams for that (including a socket cover that needed replacing). I'm very satisfied.

Sound of vibration is very high

If you want to enjoy horror sounds, please buy. Reasons 1. Tracking showed one day and we prepared for accepting, unfortunately they didnt and showed another day which is like a day gap in between and we were planning to be at home on that day and all of sudden someone called and said they are on the way for delivery. 2. They werent ready to hear that we are not at home and somehow we asked to keep in front which is of no choice as disaster comes even if we are prepared. 3. The most serious part is the sound and jerking during the drying time. The machine moves automatically and make sound like anything even my neighbours came and asked is there any fight at home. So please take back and give our money back.

Highly recommend, it worth it

Im making this review after my first use. I bought this washing machine during 11/11 sale. I was hesitant at first because of the few negative comments but since it was on sale i decided to go for it. The item delivered was brand new and not a returned item. Because my first impression was, it might be a returned item since it’s on sale. The washing machine is quite where i can only hear the water splashing to the detergent container. The spin dry which i thought that the washing machine would run like my previous one😂 but it didn’t. It stayed on its place. I think the noise was normal same like our previous one. It came with a free installation as well which was a hassle free from our side. Overall service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took this washing machine after reading reviews like it doesn’t make sound but it does make more sound than Samsung (our previous wm) however I like the 45 & 15 min wash the clothes come out clean and very much dry too. So doesn’t take much time to dry on the racks
