Great size
Love this strainer with handle. I have a large one, and a small one. This is perfect mid size one for when you don't want to pull out the large strainer, and you have too much food for the smaller one. Good quality too

9 inch strainer
It wasn’t nine inches of strainer. It was more like 7 1/2 inches. It was 9 inches if you count the stainless steel band. It seems to be of good quality and works well straining food.
