Great product and very comfortable especially getting my back aligned. It is pretty breathable. Also is thick but I wear baggy clothes so you can’t see it.

This is a nice back brace. however, it is a little long vertically, making it difficult to sit down with it on. Mayb I have Short torso🤔 Velcro sticks fine. Ez to wrap around & secure. My back feels better when I wear it . I can only wear when I m moving around .

Got this to give me a little more support after I had surgery on my lower back. It does its job and allows me to do more movement than if I didn't wear it. I love it. Got a lot of compliments on the color. The only issue I have found after three months of use is that the hook velcro won't stick to the soft velcro in certain spots anymore.. I averaged 4-6 hours a day, about five days a week depending on what I i was doing if I had to do a lot of standing and/or walking, if I was sitting down a lot, I didn't really wear it or I would just loosen the pink straps and keep it on and tighten it as needed.

I ordered three different brands. THIS ONE IS THE BEST! Not too wide, not too small, not too stiff, but not too loose. It gave me extreme relief and comfort and the same time. Like instant pain relief! I didn’t even believe it. I didn’t get the same relief from other two brands, so I am going to return them. Just like 1000000% recommend. I am a nursing student, and this is what you need. Great Christmas gift for any nursing student or nurse! Or who ever in health care and taking care of patients on the bedside.

Good for lower backache - very effective - good quality - and does what it says.

Bought this for the wider belt to keep the love handles in place. For me, this provides more of a posture correction and helps with spinal alignment but no support for heavy lifting or work around the house. The metal supports are in spiral form, zoom in on the provided images, which is why I think makes them way too flexible. Keeping as it helps with my posture.

I have scheurmanns kyphosis which is a spinal deformity that creates a hunchback. Not fully curable. I also have some other spinal misalignment, possibly hypermobility/eds. I was struggling with back pain every single day at work because this condition causes excess strain on my muscles and nerves. No amount of yoga or weight training, was helping. Also back braces that try to straighten my upper back/shoulders are uncomfortable and unhelpful. Now with this brace I can happily say I can do a 6-8 hour (standing) shift with maybe 10% of the pain and exhaustion I was experiencing before. My main concern before trying was that the tightness would make my stomach hurt or cause anxiety, but it is actually comfortable, and very adjustable. I love that it is strong but still flexible, not too hot, good quality in my opinion, and when I needed to change sizes the new one was shipped to me before I even returned the first one! Within 12 hours actually. My ONLY con is that it is kind of big to carry around, and I prefer to carry it with me rather than put it on first thing in the morning. It's not a big deal though. It is kind of noticeable under clothes, but not really.
