This works really well for both hot and cold. The weight is not too much and when heated it holds the heat well. The scent is a little strong when heated though. Very relaxing, moveable, and good for pain relief when cold which is great.

Very pleased with this neck and shoulder warmer. It's true that the warmth from the microwave doesn't last more than 20 minutes, but I've found that it keeps my neck and shoulders quite warm even without nuking it. It fits my neck very well, and I wear a fleece vest over it to keep it close to my body.

Relaxing but the 'lavender' smells chemical like.

Lavender smell isn't present, but that's ok...it's not for smelling, immediately helped my sore neck and shoulder area, light weight, so soft and comforting, delivers a moist heat, iam a small lady, liked the fit, it fits perfectly,really liked the weight, so glad it's not too bulky n heavy,worth every penny, might order another,thanks to vendor n manufacturer

I had one and let my mother borrow it, then she wanted one. Got one for her and she let my aunt borrow it. So then I had to buy her one too. Works well for pain in shoulder and just to keep you warm when it's a little chilly inside.

Heats well, stays warm long, has weight to it, smells great!! Feels so good!

Just what I needed to help with muscle tension. It's so much easier than wetting a cloth and heating it..plus, the weight of the pad is on spot.
