Fully Electric Hospital Bed Set - Foam Mattress and Half Rails Included - Enhanced Comfort and Convenience

I needed a quality hospital bed and I needed it fast. Medmart did a great job getting the bed to me. I was shocked at how quick the bed arrived. We needed this for my mom so they could be released from hospital. The bed seems to be great quality and the mattress is very comfortable. The full electric features on the control make it easy to get my mom up and out the bed. We did a lot of research on bed packages and this had the best durability and quality for the price. This package also had everything we needed to set my mom up at home.

Quality product but instructions are poor to say the least. If you get the fully automatic model THE MOTOR SYSTEM IS SHIPPED ATTACHED IN A LOCATION THAT HAS TO BE RELOCATED! There is an oblong cover on each side of the motor system with a tiny screw holding it. Remove the screws with a tiny phillips head screw driver and remove oblong caps. You then must push the motor system away from the bars it is attached to and relocate the motor system into its correct position near the middle of the bed. Snap the motor system to its new location and replace the covers. The drive shafts are clearly marked head and foot and are easy to install.

I am so happy with our new hospital bed. It came much quicker than we expected. Buying a package made everything easier. I was on fence about buying this medical bed, after reading through the reviews I just decided to go for it. I’m not exactly bob the builder, but this was low-key the easiest bed to assemble. It came in four pieces and the directions were clear. I had been on the search for a medical bed for a while, I was pleased when it arrived in within the next week. Grandma loves the light up remote and I love that her feet can be elevated at night.

Do not purchase this product. Hired someone to come and set up bed. After some time, it was discovered that the motor was not accessible. They were not able to get the motor to attach where it should be. So now I have an expensive bed that can not do service for a man not able to raise head and foot. Very poor product!Would be glad to donate to anyone who wants it!

Product was damaged during shipping. The box showed no damaged but there was panels that were shattered once the box was opened. The instructions were lacking good detailed photograph and written instructions. which made it difficult to assemble this product ,especially when I was assured that there was very little assembly required. That was not the truth took about two hours to put together.

The bed is very good once all the parts were received and I was able to completely assemble it. The first bed came in 3 separate packages. The bed itself came damaged. One of the frame welds was broken off and it could not be assembled. After acknowledging our problem the company sent a new frame, but it took over two weeks for the new one to come. Assembly instructions were very poor. The second frame came with a broken motor. Luckily we were able to canabilize the motor from the first frame. We got most of the bed assembled, but there was no hardware to attach the side rails to the bed. The company could not understand this and it took well over a month for the hardware to come. A bed ordered in early November was finally complete well after the 1st of the new year. By the time the side rails were installed, I really didn't need them any longer.

So helpful to my grandpa!!! This really made a difference and was comfortable for him too - win win!

We did a lot of product comparison and found this to be the best bed price for a whole package. We assembled the bed very easily and the bed works perfectly. It seems to be made of high quality materials. I am going to take a picture of the bed assembled at my mom’s house so customers can see what it looks like. Great deal! Great bed!
