update: this is now a five star review (prev: i was going to write a three star review, but…)
now that i’ve figured out how to clean and care for this, i’m changing my rating to five stars. after a full cleaning, it’s a beast and you’ll only really be limited by the battery life.here’s what you, noble buyer, should know.1. use primer in this. if you choose to use acrylics, use high flow acrylics with a drop of acrylic airbrush medium. acrylic is a pigment suspended in something - even if you use water to dilute, pigment particles are going to be around and could clog it up.2. clean often. if you’re changing colors, clean it. easily accomplished by dumping your paint, adding water to the pot, and alternating spraying it and backwashing it until it sprays clean. if you’re in downtime between spraying, clean it. primer and acrylic dry fast.3. when it inevitably becomes clogged, soak the nozzle part of it in witch hazel and let it go for a while. unscrew the tip and you should be able to see daylight through it. if not, use one of the wire brushes they give you and push it through. alternate spraying and backwashing it until it sprays freely again.4. never store it without cleaning it.it’s still an entry level product but after approximately a year of use, i don’t need anything more.——previous review follows——-I was going to write a three star review, but after reading the other reviews I went up to four stars to offset them. Just because you don’t remember how to reassemble something that’s pretty basic or there’s user error shouldn’t be cause for a poor review. This is my first airbrush, purchased to lay down primer on resin 3d prints. It does its job pretty well. Air flow isn’t the greatest, but that’s to be expected from a portable battery; how much could it possibly generate? I estimate about 25-30 min of usage, including cleaning time. Backflowing the device and rinsing the paint pot is clutch to get everything out of there. You could use airbrush cleaner, but I find water to be fine.Long story short, this is great affordable beginner’s airbrush to get you used to brush control and technique. It’s not going to paint anything large in one shot, nor was it designed to do so.

Great steal
3 speeds is a plus. It really sprays like not mity spray but blast spray lol. Honestly, it’s a steal and it gets the same work done as a huge loud plug-in compressor. Subtract the loud noise I would recommend this to anybody.

Good Quality
I was a bit skeptical at first. This is a great little airbrush. It has a decent working time. The paint sprays well especially if using air brush paints. Pretty simple and easy to use. Cleaning is straight forward.

Waste of money
I wanted to give this airbrush the best possible advantage so I could leave a detailed review. I'm so mad at myself for it. Let's dive in.The bad:First one broke after the 1st use. I chalked it up to my clumsiness because I'm about as agile as an angry bull in a fine china store. I figured I just was too rougj when I was cleaning it. So, I did what anyone who isn't smart would do, I bought a 2nd. It never would work properly. At all. Right out of the box. I tried every troubleshooting technique I could find. None worked. I took it to my local hobby shop and asked for some pointers. After some massive skill and knowledge he confirmed that it was the gun itself and a piece of junk. I never got it to spray anything. I actually just threw it out today because there was no point in keeping it. So the worst of the bad is that I purchased 2 different colors and they both were trash. 2nd worst is that I've now spent enough money I could have bought a nicer one. The compact air compressors are also garbage. First one refused to turn on after I used it the 1st time. So just all around junk. The good:It didn't take up too much room in my trash can. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Perfect beginner (and more) scale model airbrush!
I recently got back into scale model building after not having done one in 40 years. I knew I wanted an airbrush to spray paint my first model but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on one. Found this with great reviews both here and on various websites, gave it a shot. Wow was I surprised! It works amazingly well. Honestly, not sure what a more expensive one would do for me!?!My only complaint is the cleanup, but that's probably not the fault of this product but more of small airbrushes in general. This one does require frequent cleaning and it was a learning curve to disassemble for deep cleaning. Perhaps a little more detail in the owners manual would help.Over all, I'm completely satisfied and if this one stops working, I'll probably order another one.

Fantastic for What it is
Honestly, if you're using this for painting, you probably already know that this product isn't going to knock your socks off, but if you're looking for a cheap, easy way to mix some primer up and get something covered, this is perfect. It really does work. The compressor gives the unit enough air. And it's pretty convenient to have this around and not need to use a huge compressor with your fancy airbrush to throw some primer down, or hit a base coat or two.The trigger doesn't controller air flow, but does control paimt flow, so think of it as the second action of a double-action airbrush trigger. No paint comes out when the trigger is fully forward.Again, I think this product is totally worth the money, and will likely save you some time if you use an airbrush to throw primer down.

Worth it
I bought the airbrush for nails and honestly I really like it it has so many thing it comes with and it’s super cute, it super easy to get a hang of it and has perfect tools to clean it with. Many people complain about their airbrush’s breaking but mine hasn’t yet and it’s been like a month
