Yaktrax Walker Shoe Snow & Ice Chain Traction Devise (Small UK 5-7)

I'd heard people talk about these on many occasions and finally bought some last winter. What a difference they made!They did come off once, in deep snow, but I found them again and realised I'd had them on back to front!Highly recommended (the product, not wearing them back to front!!)

Helped me Regain my confidence in the icy weather instead of doing dodgy Torvill and Dean impersonations, I could put my foot forward without hesitation

I'd bought these nearly three years ago when I'd struggled on ice in the local hills. Weather soon cleared and I hadn't used them- until now.They are great on impacted snow and ice.I could almost walk as quickly as in normal conditions. Driven, piled snow, they don't help quite so much but are still useful in giving a grip.Naturally, you walk a bit gingerly at first. But you soon find the firmer your step, the more secure you are. In the end I experimented, and broke out into a little run over impacted snow. I didn't risk getting up to full speed, but was secure at probably 5mph.

Amazing, not slipped or fallen over since having these. Top tip do but them on when wearing the trainer, the instructions tell you to but I thought I knew better lol

These things get me through the worst winters.

These are brilliant. Better than spikes as you don't have to take them off indoors so much, so can pop into Tromso shops easier (but watch out for polished tiles,not good on those). Work really well. Have used them in Norwegian winter conditions across car parks and quays that were like skating rinks! Of course you have to buy the correct size, but you don't need to be told that do you?

I bought these for my nonagenarian mother, who in a dedicated dog-walker irrespective of the weather conditions. The Yak Trax had a baptism of fire dusting the recent Beast from the East but they kept my mother upright and safe irrespective of how snowy, slushy or icey the conditions underfoot. An excellent product that I would recommend to all.

These non slip covers for walking have been VERY usefull especially now that we have got THICK snow here in Rochdale again.I would tell everyone to get them .Thank you,
