Great training shoes, very stable in the heal, yet flexible from the ball of the foot forwards.

Nike metcon 8 trainers
Wonderful for weight training... good overall support. Not great for just walking around. Only used in the gym and to an fro from the car.

Rubbish rubbish
For such a well known name they are not good with in a month the soul add came off I went to the gym four times a week the trainers came out the bag and did my workout not in press

Size issues
Shoe size dosnt match with MY FEETS length and breadth. Feels fit by width but long. Tried with different sizes but couldnt find a proper size.

Beware they are quite a tight fit
Tight for the size I am Normally a uk 12 in NIKE But these are too tight shame as otherwise comfy and well made
