My favorite cereal, clean and delicious
I decided to try this cereal because I was looking for something with good protein and without so many processed ingredients. I loved it from the first bite. It has a very mild, natural honey flavor; it's not cloying or artificial like other protein cereals I've tried.I really like it because it keeps me full longer in the mornings and doesn't cause bloating or stomach upset. I also love that it has clean ingredients, without refined sugars or weird chemicals, and that's very important to me.

I would order this cereal again.
This cereal is a good alternative to the high sugar, high salt cereals available in the grocery store. I even like them as a snack with without milk.

Seven Sundays is Avery good brand
To me this is a healthier less sweet version of Honey Nut Cheerios and you get 5 Grams of protein per serving.

Quality Control Likely Responsible for 1-Star Reviews
I have allergies/sensitivities to both gluten & cane sugar, which makes up just about every popular cereal brand, so when I found these on the shelves of my local Lowe’s Foods, I was so excited to try—cereal is one of those things I just gave up on ever enjoying again, but seeing this was sweetened with coconut sugar and not a sugar alcohol gave me so much hope. I’ve given a few of their flavors a try (coco pebbles, cinnamon sugar), but by far my favorite was the honey oat. Unfortunately, my store had not yet restocked once I bought them out, so I sought out Amazon to stock up. What I’ve quickly learned is that when it’s good, it’s good, but when it’s bad…I can understand some of the negative taste reviews if they’re receiving the quality of product I did.Not sure if it’s a quality control issue or a packaging/storing issue, but all 6 bags I received were completely different in texture (hard as a rock & stuck together, also different shaped), color (darker), and smell (stale). It seemed stale, or like it had gone bad, despite not being opened. I ended up opening 3 of the 6, and I took a photo to compare what I received (first photo) vs what I bought in-store this past week after restock (photo 2–lighter, flatter rounds, don’t cling together), *despite* the fact that both bags were supposed to be good until October or later according to their best by date…I didn’t bother with the other 3, because from the bag alone, I could feel they were basically full of one solid brick of cereal. This is just a forewarning to know that as great of a brand and as much potential as it has for people like myself with food sensitivities (it really was delicious when I purchased from my grocery store), you really can’t guarantee they have this aspect sorted, which may fully influence the ultimate taste of the product. If you can find it locally, I would go that route, just be sure to quality test the texture through the bag.

Definitely an acquired taste
Item was described as super fruity, but there was nothing fruity about the taste. Maybe the ingredients of higher protein takes away from that. Won't be ordering anymore in the future
