Merrell Women's Dassie Tie Shoe

These might be the most comfortable shoes I've had in years. I bought them with the intent that they would be a comfortable, casual shoe, and they are right on the mark. My foot is a little wider in the toe area and medium width in the heel area and these shoes are already molding to my foot shape after a few wears. I've rated them a little wide, only because they fit my toe area pretty well from the beginning, but I would only be concerned if you have narrow feet. Some stretch was required for me to make the shoes fit as comfortably as they do now.Worth the money if you are looking for a comfortable shoe!

Very comfortable, runs pretty much true to size...maybe just a tad small. I usually wear a 9 to 9.5, so I bought the 9.5 and am very happy with the fit. The only thing, they are very light weight which is great unless you are doing a lot of walking. If I wear them all day and walk a lot, sometimes my feet feel just slightly sore at the end

So this is my fourth pair of Merrell shoes; I am a fan of Merrell. I own Merrell trail running shoes (which I love), Merrell winter boots, and Merrell minimalist casual loafers; all these shoes are size 6.5. So when I saw these I got a size 6.5. However they do run slightly large for me, but I think if I sized down they would be too small. I just wear slightly thicker socks. They are wide as well. I have average feet IMO... like I have neutral arches and a fairly neutral foot strike and my feet are neither wide nor narrow. The biggest problem is I have small feet. So again these are large and stick my index finger between my foot and the shoe rather easily and they feel too wide for me. The next issue I have is they are super hot. I know they are leather so please don't point that out, but they are super hot... The good thing is they are light with good shock absorption for all the walking I do (about 5 miles a day for work). My legs do not feel tired at the end of the day like they do with other shoes. I do a fair mix of sitting and walking throughout my day, and I could not imagine waitressing in these. For office work, they work. Not a bad shoe but not something I would purchase again.

Excellent shoes, I really really like them, they're very comfortable and they also look very nice with anything. I haven't needed to add an insole to be able to stay on my feet at work for long days as they have excellent arch support. This brand has great quality, I also got a beautiful pair of pull on boots by this brand and they're fantastic as well!

These shoes were purchased by my wife and the following is her review: These shoes are amazing. I purchased the same shoes in brown last year and liked them so much I had to get the black. They are very light and fit well. Another huge plus is that the upper is leather. I donated most of my other casual black shoes to charity because these are now my first choice for business casual or just casual wear.

I have been your biggest fan until now!!!!!! This shoe is narrow across the toe box. and not a lot of arch support. You have disappointed a lot of faithful buyers!!!. your new styles are not the quality they used to be!!!! Are you just telling us, your good customers you don't care if we're satisfied with you're new "improved" SUBSTANDARD shoes and just profit from new less knowledgeable patrons, people that don't remember what your wonderful innovative shoes we supported.The people that spent that extra dollar, we didn't really have to spend on new shoes, BUT because they were " Merrells" we did for the wear-ability, great arch support, and great quality we received for our hard earned money!!!!! Now I have to start thinking if your shoes are worth it!!! If they are too narrow for my feet because you've redesigned them. No wonder you have a size gage!! Please rethink your quality and sizing and at least have more styles with wide widths available.....not everyone is M or B. I'.m a 15 plus year customer, don't let us go somewhere else!!! I used to be able to order and wear right out of the box to work!!! Now I',m never sure. I've worn over 30 pairs for years and now I can't!!!!! Color me "DISAPPOINTED"!!!!!!!!!!!

I love these! I own many Merrells and these do not disappoint. They are light weight, have an ample toe bed and just enough arch support.And they're cute!

Favourite everyday shoes. Love Merrell.
