Wow, can’t believe I finally am using hair and nail supplement that actually works! My nails are growing like crazy since I started using this. I lost quite a bit of hair from Covid and I was so distraught over the fact that it was not growing back. I decided to do some researched and found these. They really appear to be helping. I'm noticing less shedding and faster regrowth. I’m still shocked at how well these are working for my hair. Even my lashes are growing! This is by far the best supplement for hair loss that I've ever tried and that is saying a lot since I've tried so many out there. I'm thinking I will buy the Shampoo and Conditioner from this brand also since they are for hair growth. Any little bit can help.
