Oh my goodness!!!!!! So, so delicious!!!!! I have put this on steak, hamburgers, chicken, halibut and salmon! This maple bourbon seasoning has a delicious blend of seasonings that adds so much flavor, yet lets the flavor of the meat and vegetables shine through! I melted a couple generous tablespoons of Irish butter into some avocado oil, as it raises the smoking point of the butter, then stirred in about a tablespoon of this maple bourbon spice and simmered it for a couple minutes. Then I placed some fingerling baby potatoes into a roasting pan, and poured the seasoned butter on top. Toss well and sprinkle with more spice. I baked at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes were super soft. I served this with hamburgers topped with the maple bourbon spice, and the next night, I served this potato recipe with halibut topped with this maple bourbon spice. Absolutely amazing!!!!

Delicious! so much flavor.I used it on a boneless chicken breast, coating them with olive oil first. I used an indoor grill pan and it was great. Next time will let it sit in refrigerator for a few hours, it will be even more amazing.

Delicious on chicken. Gives similar sweet heat to wingstop hot honey with lower calories.
