Update one + year later:I had the cooler fail. I took a shot in the dark to see if I could get some customer support from Joytutus. I was concerned that since these are currently unavailable on Amazon, but I found their email address and sent an email. To my delighted surprise, I got a prompt response from Kate in customer service. After some back and forth, I was informed that the problem I was having could be rectified with an easily replaceable control panel. I was concerned about damaging the unit myself and was assured that it wasn't difficult and was sent a link to an instructional video and then was notified and updated that a new part was being shipped and was supplied a tracking #The control panel arrived within 20 days and I just finishedLove this Era of convenience we are living in! I was considering a model that made ice and don't need that wasted space! I made 4 trays of ice in this in about 30 minutes! Very impressed by the quality of build, the reinforcement of corners ( another brand was originally purchased and arrived damaged on the corner) and the quiet operation! The price I paid for this & the insulated cover was the same price I paid for the one that arrived damaged without wheels or cover.I wish I wasn't influenced by the "brand name" unit in the first place !Highly recommended

So we had to return it because the delivery guy damaged two by placing them on my porch UPSIDE DOWN! Ordered direct from the company and UPS delivered with no issues. This cooler is absolutely amazing. We traveled with ours and ran it for 17 days straight with only one issue, the ice cream was rock hard. The battery was a game changer. 104 at the BB field and we’re passing out frozen cones. I will never go to a baseball game without this ever again!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 1-10 I say solid 15!

Wrong AC Adapter. Just received the 51 Qt. Joytutus 12V Camping Refrigerator from Amazon. Looks to be intact, and no shipping damage. Upon initial inventory, the AC Adapter sent looks to be one for a European/Foreign type wall plug and will not fit a US wall outlet. I just sent an e-mail to the Joytutus customer service, and will see how they resolve this, or if I have to return the whole unit. Will update this based upon their response. UPDATE FOLLOWUP: Joytutus quickly contacted me and resolved the issue. They are sending me a US AC adapter plug. Excellent response and corrective action from the company! Correct Adapter received. The unit works great!

I love this on my boat, it beats rebuilding the old one. Frig works great 👍.

I like the features of this fridge and it looks good too. I'v had it for a couple of weeks now and have been using it as much as possible so far its been great. I'v reached out to the company about getting the battery that can work with this unit but they don't have any available and they couldn't give me a solution for getting one other than telling me to wait until they become available with no expected date of availability only that no other battery will work and that it could damage the unit unless it's one from them. For this reason I am only giving 4 stars. I don't like waiting for something that may or may not exist. A more direct explanation of when the battery will become available would be nice to know. Another thing to consider is why don't they offer the battery as an option to purchase with the refrigerator when it comes with a compartment for one on the fridge? Either way I am happy with my purchase just wanted the battery too.

First, the wheels make transport easy.Second, love the dual side control for cold vs freezeThird, I broke the clip on the lid while moving it. I am rough on equipment. I told the company that I broke it, it did not break during shipping. They sent me a new one. In addition, they followed up to be sure the replacement worked and I was completely satisfied. I did take 2 weeks to get the part due to shipping, but no biggie, the cooler still worked. They charged me ZERO dollars.Go ahead and pull the trigger. You won't be sorry. No I am not paid to endorse any products.

I am waiting for customer service to respond to my request for assistance so I guess that will determine my final thoughts. I researched for a long time before I pulled the trigger on this fridge. I was pretty happy with the way it cooled and kept my frozen stuff frozen, for the time it worked. I had to get used to the cycling and fluctuations of the temps inside as I kept a thermometer in both compartments to make sure the food was safe.After using I agree with the reviewers that complained about the short cord. It’s very awkward. See the photo above. You have to unplug the entire cord from the unit to move the fridge from say your house to your vehicle because the charging brick is too heavy and too short to sit on top of the fridge while you roll it, even if you hold it…because of how the handle is situated.I also agree with the reviewers that the wheels are way too small for this to be useful. They even drag on my carpet at home let alone the grass while camping. And it’s waaaay too heavy to carry - especially loaded.I am hopeful the customer service can find a fix because while it did work, it was good for what I needed it for. Not having to buy ice. Having the battery and being able to plug in while traveling, have the battery kick in when I shut the van off, then back charge back upWhile driving. Pretty awesome. But to only be able to use it a handful of times for over $400 bucks makes me pretty angry!Used it on a weekend camping trip and then in the car and for a luncheon/picnic with the batteryTested it out at home for a week before the camping trip.
