When I first installed I was pretty pleased. The functionality offered in the app is good and the product works smoothly and does not feel cheap. Installation was incredibly easy as well. However, I realized once I closed the door to my bedroom that there is no way to manually lock from the inside unless you use the app. I could set to auto lock, but I don't want that. The second con is that while seems to be rechargeable there are still four batteries required. That worries me if the batteries on the inside portion of the handle go out I cannot just recharge the keypad and get in. There's no lock to pick so I would legitimately have to break down the door.
