These will do the job.
Purchased to replace worn locks on my truck toolboxes, these are easy to install and work smoothly. Lubrication will increase their service life. Be sure to adjust them carefully to avoid binding; that will minimize wear and extend their life.

Am going to give it a 3 star. Not sure if these locks are universal for all tool boxes or if I measured wrong but it did fit into place, however the latch part wasnt; even long enough to actually hook onto the lid. It was basically a waste of time. My tool box is US General, so if you have that brand too; don't use these locks for replacements.

Product is well built
Unfortunately I had to return the locks because I ordered the wrong size. The return process way smooth and easy. I did inspect the locks and they are well built and would have been easy to install. Make sure that the hole you are going to put the replacement lock in is the same size as the new lock.
