Q: Does this work with Windows 10

Yes, I had upgraded my new laptop to Windows 10 before I started using it. It worked just fine. The software was designed for use with Windows 7 or Vista, but when Windows is updated to new versions typically older programs will continue to work with the newer version of Windows. It might even work with Windows XP, if anyone still runs that. You may have to update the Registax and iCap programs, which are installed from the CD that comes with the camera. But, updating the software is pretty easy if you have an internet connection.

Q: What is the actual resolution for video capture?

The max resolution is variable and depends in large part by your telescope properties, i.e., focal length etc. If Amazon does not list needed specifications - Google the model number.

Q: Will it work on Orion 130 ER?

Jacob,We wouldn't recommend any attempt at imaging with that telescope unless you have it equipped with the optional clock drive. Even if that were the case, it has only 900mm focal length which isn't really adequate for planetary imaging. In general terms it does not make a lot of sense to add a $200 accessory to a telescope than only cost $280 to begin with. We suggest that you save your money and save up for a better telescope on a driven equatorial mount.
