Length is a factor...
Good grip and good wrist support. More reps. The bad is that there to long am an xl in gloves but the length is to long when wrapping around the bar there's maybe half inch of strap witch gets in the way.. one size fits most.. if I trim hopefully the treading won't undo witch I sure it will..

Tore apart after a month
I liked these straps and they worked well. I noticed that one of them felt like it was lower quality when I first got them. Sure enough, that one tore apart after a few uses.I had these for less than a month and exclusively used for deadlifting twice a week, only when lifting over 315 lbs.I would expect them to tear up eventually but not that soon.Just spend the extra ten dollars and get the Gymreapers version; much higher quality.

Good quality. Size is a problem for small hands and wrists
The strap to wrap around the barbells or dumbbells is more than enough. There should be smaller sizes for smaller wrists.
