Not really satisfied with presentation and strongly thinking of returning and ordering ...
Ordered 14, 16, 18 length bundles. The bundles were packed in plastic bags individually then in one larger zip lock bag. The hair is very soft. Hair has strings of gold, red and grey hair, has loud chemical smell, small lint balls and looked as if someone had been playing in the hair- extremely fizzy. Not really satisfied with presentation and strongly thinking of returning and ordering my usual brand.

Okay So I love to leave reviews so other people can have an idea of what they are getting, the hair is nice, very little shedding and I haven't installed yet, but I give it a 5 star, it's nice hair have I seen better yes but the hair is nice so no complaints, and I had body wave hair from them too it was great.
