Cured my plantar fasciitis
Easy to use and stay in place quite well. Depends on shoe. Bought for sandals where I can’t use a full insole but these are better. A bit high and seem to massage my plantar fascia when I walk, which Iattribute to feeling much better. You are aware of them when walking.

Only works on hard sole shoes.
Semi-firm gel supports. I bought them to use in my new trainers/walking shoes. They will not adhere at all to fabric/foam insoles on trainers. They did stay on the rubber/plastic soles of my sandals, so they are OK- but on very limited types of shoes.They literally fell out of my shoes twice & kept slipping about.I checked the listing & amazon's AI feature indicates that they're suitable for all shoes.

Stayed put
I purchased these for my ice skates as I have very high arches which makes my feet tend to lean towards the middle (a problem for skaters as I’m always on my inside edge!!). I stuck these into them and they are comfortable and haven’t budged inside the skate despite wearing multiple times during sport activity where my feet get sweaty.
