Bright colors. Holds a lot more than you can eat in one sitting for most things. Very durable.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very vibrant colors as you can see, and very durable! When I was doing the dishes last week they were all in the sink with all my other glass and as I'm moving them one of the bigger bowls fell in there, and I thought everything in the sink was broke, but these bowls came out without scratch. LOLUse:We use them for cereal, and big cans of soup. they hold a lot one bowl. A full Bowl will fill you up and then some, so if you're looking to get away from your smaller bowls these are ideal for size and durability. No joke I'm serious.

Perfect for making instant oatmeal!
These bowls are not 27 ounces as they claim although they are perfect for making instant oatmeal in the microwave without the oatmeal boiling over the sides. Very well made and pretty colors.

The pain of getting what you wanted
I think what convinced me to get these stoneware bowls was all the talk in the description about them being "fine." They aren't terribly heavy (I really hate stoneware that actually looks and feels like it's carved from rocks. We aren't Flintstones.) but they do still have that annoying tendency to chip and heat up faster than your food in the microwave. The bowls don't stack super well in the dishwasher but with just the two of us, it's no big deal. I LOVE the colors - they go with the colors in our great room, and the colors are the reason we chose this set of dishes. But here's what hurts the most - I don't love these "cool" colors for serving food. I know this is an idiosyncratic problem, but I'll share anyway. Most food put on a teal or aqua background looks really unappetizing to me. I finally understand why white is the go-to color for dishes. Well, you live and you learn. That said, *I would not stop someone who liked stoneware from buying these dishes.* They are pretty, a great size and good quality. I was not unhappy with the price.

Perfect smaller size.
I love these bowls. They match my other dishes and are the perfect smaller size for ice cream or other dessert.

Purchased Bowls Twice & Recommend
Great bowls, heavy & aesthetically pleasing, but they do chip easily

multi primary color ceramic bowls
UPDATE BELOW.....I ordered 2 sets of 6 of these bowls. I really loved the colors and thought they'd be perfect to hold food at our make your own taco night. I was SUPER disappointed whey they arrived. One box looks like it was gone through - and revealed the badly chipped orange bowl. The other was a really horrible glaze flaw AND a chip on one of the blue bowls. Soooo disappointed. I would have given them 2 stars, but I will end up ditching the 2 that are chipped. The glaze flaw and chip on the blue bowl in up at the top. Impossible to ignore or miss as it is super rough and looks almost like it's not clean because of the glaze flaw. The colors are brilliant and beautiful. Wish the quality came with that. I cannot recommend these. I feel more confident in saying this too as I did order 2 separate sets and both had broken bowls. I'm always looking for better alternatives to plastic anything. However, remember. You get what you pay for. In this case, junk. They did wash up in the dishwasher, but they are not super heavy so I wonder how long before the chip or show more ceramic flaws. Time will tell. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I am a verified purchaser - not a paid reviewer. I have been doing honest, trustworthy reviews for well over 25 years with Amazon - posting thousands and thousands of reviews - which have been viewed over 8.2 million times to date. I am NOT a fake reviewer. BOTTOM LINE: I pay for ALL my stuff, just like you do - with hard earned dollars!UPDATE: The seller contacted me and provided a full refund for both sets of these bowls I purchased. I think it is important to provide this information. I do NOT receive free items for review. On occasion sellers will offer refunds or replacements for damaged and/or poor quality items and I ALWAYS report that. Not the same as receiving free items for review. I would have preferred unbroken items - but it is what it is. I now see that many have reported the same problem - My original honest review will stand.
