This whitening toothpaste is recommended being used twice a day (remember that it's best not to rinse you mouth out after toothpaste, so its effect lingers as long as possible). It hasn't made my teeth dazzling but they became noticeably several shades whiter within a few days. In the months I have used since, I would say that my teeth haven't got any whiter but I have maintained roughly the same shade of white despite routinely eating a whole range of highly-coloured foods.

Full of chemicals
This toothpaste might whiten well but I don't recommend using it daily. It's full of chemicals, I wonder why the tube doesn't glow at night - read the ingredients carefully before you start using it...

Teeth look better and stronger!
My polish dentist recommended it to me 2 years ago and since then I do use it on a daily basis. Yup, it's not cheap, but it's definitely a value for money!
