works great gets all the lashes off & doesn’t take long honestly max 5mins . its quicker if u brush with a spoolie . it will burn if u get it in ur eyes but i would recommend washing it off immediately !

My go to when i have to remove my lashes at home. Just beware it will sting, burn, and irritate if you open your eyes at any point. The pain goes away fairly quickly but remember to relax your eye. If your face is tensed up it will get in your eye. Overall great product i would recommend.

Works but stings. I pirchased this with same day delivery because nothing I tried would get the lash extensions off. I purchased multiple removers in the store and none did anything. I dont know what is on this thay did what the others wouldn't but it worked FAST. I used my finger instead of the applicator brushes as I found they were too small. Let sit for about 5mins then washed with a cloth. I did one eye at a time. Your eye MUST remain closed or you will feel the stinging. Keep it out of your eyes as much as possible and keep a warm cloth close by. Its like a Vaseline consistency and goes on easy. This will be the only thing I use. I took a star off for the stinging but good product.

I was struggling for weeks to get my lash extensions off, and when I bought this remover, it only took a few minutes to remove them! It worked so well and made the process so much easier. Just be very careful not to get it in your eyes because it hurts SO bad. 😭 Other than that, it worked perfectly

Burns LIKE HELL if it gets in ur eye, but it’s lowkey worth it cus it’s the only lash remover that removes Envy Individual Lash Glue!! Make sure you let it sit for at least 5-10 minutes.

Without boring you with why, I had to remove my lash extensions for the first time myself. I would go for fills every three weeks, and I was at 5 weeks thinking they’d just fall out. Wrong! I still had TONS of lashes and no plans to either get a fill or a new set. After reading reviews on many different products, I landed on this one. First attempt and they were off. Did one eye at a time, for obvious reasons. Applied the gel and really worked it into and around the lash line. Let the gel sit for about 2 minutes and then used the applicator to gently wipe the lashes off. I used a tissue to wipe my lashes and clear them from my face and apparently ever so slightly opened my eye when doing so. Sting! I did not make that mistake on my second eye and had zero stinging. Just used the applicator to wipe the removed lashes on the tissue. Once done, I used foaming lash cleaner and my fingers to super clean my lashes. I did this after each application and made sure to thoroughly rinse my eye(s) under running water. All in all, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. This gel works flawlessly and I’d highly recommend using it to remove lashes extensions that were done by a professional.

I started doing my own lash extensions about 6 months ago and have been looking for a lash remover that doesn't take my natural lashes with them. Here is what I will say about this remover...1. It does work, but you have to be extremely patient with it and let it sit for at least 30 mins and that might not even be enough time. Takes much longer to break down the lash glue than I would like it to however, I choose to be patient with it because I don't want to lose any of my natural lashes.2. The little brush and the pads that come with it is not enough. There were like 4 brushes and probably 10 pads and when you need 1 pad per eye that means only 5 uses out of it before you run out.3. If you get it in your eye it does BURN LIKE HELL! That burning doesn't last but it does hurt and catches you off guard so if you are sensitive to that I DO NOT RECOMMEND.4. The black pot is deceiving, and you'll hit the bottom before you know it. It's one of those lifted false bottoms where you think it is deeper than it actually is.

good product but. IT BURNS.it definitely makes those tough lashes fall right off without damaging your natural lashes but it genuinely felt like my cornea was damaged. (it’s not it’s just how it felt like) i’ve never had a product work so well but BURN so much.but after accidentally getting it in my eye, i rinsed it off, and found a better technique to remove my lashes from the other eye just fine! definitely was a skill issue on my end, but it’s definitely not for beginners i will tell u that lol. and it is NOT “low irritation” lol

These lashes fan really easy and are very easy to use definitely recommend for beginners I have been using these at home for a couple months now and wouldn’t use any other brand.
