Needed a practical & comfy home office chair and after checking out several others, this seemed to tick all my boxes. There were a few reviews that seemed to influence my decision initially, but I took the plunge and ordered this one, without the massage function. My husband built it up and I have to say it looks lovely and I find it incredibly comfortable. Height and recline function work perfectly and the chair is very sturdy. Worth the price paid and hopefully will last a good few years.

Does the job. the foot support is superfluous, no chance of using it under a desk. It's there because other chairs are supplied with foot supports, but it's pointless.Instructions are somewhat intimidating, which way up, that way, no way. So it's suck it and see.Eventually got there, around 45 minutes. Comfortable enough, for the price, seems good value.The massage kit is a little bizarre. The wires trailing from the back of the chair get caught up in the castors and disconnected. Paying extra for wifi between the control and the massaging pads, would be worthwhile if offered. Have no idea if the massages does any good but certainly does me no harm and it's all part of the terrific value.No bad, then, I can now write more useless blurb at my desk.

What value for money ,well cushioned ,instructions easy to follow ,took under an hour to install. Very sturdy and massager good

Purchased this item in April, it was unused for a month so in total it's had a full 4 months full use.First problem the seat was comfortable for all of 3 weeks before the padding failed and it now feels like you're sitting on hard plastic, this for anyone who uses the chair long term will find a very numb bottom after a couple hours sitting in it.Second problem the seat has begun tilting heavily forward making it feel like you're being force out of the seat, no amount of backrest adjusting will counter its severity and its almost impossible to sit in.If you're looking for a long term office chair I recommend looking for a different brand.

I found this chair easy enough to put together by following the instructions — no issues there. The massage feature is OK, nothing incredible, but I wasn’t expecting a full spa experience, so that part was fine. Based on the build and features alone, I would have given this chair 5 stars.Unfortunately, the comfort just didn’t last. When I first put it together, the padding felt soft and really comfortable. But after just a few weeks of regular use, the cushion has flattened so much that you can feel the internal structure of the chair. It’s gone from comfy to hard and unsupportive pretty quickly, which was really disappointing.In the end, I had to buy a separate cushion just to make it usable for long periods. It’s a shame because everything else about the chair was decent for the price.If you’re looking for a chair for short-term or light use, it might still be worth it. But for everyday or long-term sitting, the lack of durable padding is a real drawback.

This is a good chair at a good price. Looks great! Quite compact compared to some gaming style chairs which suits my office. Good height and back adjustment. Can be used all day as long as you get up every now and then and have a quick walk about. I have 2 of these in my office, soon to be 3, and am pleased with them. Not worth the money ! Had this chair fitted for less than a month and already the arms are loose and had to get them tightened twice already no support in the arms and you can feel the massage points underneath you when you’re sitting and this makes the chair not feel comfortable after a short while so I’d give this a hard pass definitely not my best chair I’ve paid £100 pounds for a waste of money as now I have more back issues than I did before! This is definitely not an 8 hour chair and the circular massage pads stick in your bottom
