Bought for emergencies and when son had no power for 24 hours filled it up for him … just as his power came back on! So left it full and tested it. 24 hours later still hot enough to make hot drinks. 4 days after filling still warm enough to wash and do basic washing-up! Amazed! Highly recommend and would be great for parties / events or camping etc

However, the challenge arises with cleaning the tube, which proves to be less straightforward and requires special equipment for thorough cleaning. Despite this minor inconvenience, the dispenser functions well for its intended purpose, making it a convenient addition to any coffee setup. A solid choice, with the caveat of considering additional tools for tube maintenance.

This flask had been recommended by lots of other reviewers and so I took a punt and bought it too.It is worth every penny. It takes about three full kettles to fill the 5litre version - which gives you plenty of tea and coffee. I fill it up about 09.00 in the morning and the water is still hot at 4pm.Do be aware it is very heavy when full. But it does the job perfectly. If I was catering for a larger group I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.Just a quick update. I bought a couple of these a few years ago and they have proved invaluable. So much so that we have bought two more a few weeks ago.We used all four of them for our open day event. The next morning we emptied out what was left and the water was still hot.

Very surprised at how well this worked. Water dropped by only 1 degrees in 7 hours. I ordered well before our party just in case I had to return it, but this is fantastic. Water tasted untainted, inside looks like just stainless steel in contact with the water. OK to clean, couldn't get my hand inside so used a brush. Looking at similar products this one seems more expensive and I couldn't say how well other units work.I'm happy, recommended product.

I bought this in September 2024 (8 months ago). It was broken today (the heat of the boiled water could be felt through the flask and it didn’t keep this water hot for very long). It was excellent up until then. I will contact the seller to discuss. Not happy.

I bought this April 2024. It keeps water hot very well but unfortunately it has a habit of self dispensing boiling hot water when it is first filled which is obviously dangerous. Now I know it happens I leave it on the draining board for a few minutes after I have filled it and keep an eye on it but we have other makes we also use and this doesn't happen with them so must be a design fault as you don't even need to touch the pump action for water to come out - must be the initial air pressure from the hot water but its not safe - especially if you have children around.
